3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at casinomcw. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identity information, are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Providing your full name as shown on your official identification document
• Providing an active and reachable email address
• Entering a valid Malaysian phone number
• Setting a strong and unique password for your account
• Confirming that you meet the age and eligibility requirements

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a copy of your identification card (MyKad) or valid passport, and proof of current address such as a bank statement or utility bill.

4Deposits and Payments

CasinoMCW accepts deposits via a range of secure and trusted payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation.

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per deposit transaction.
• Daily deposit limit: Subject to the limits set according to membership tier and the payment method used.
• Legitimate source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your CasinoMCW account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Additional charges: CasinoMCW does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

CasinoMCW reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, CasinoMCW will notify the relevant authorities if required.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests can be submitted via the Withdrawal in your account. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and review process:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used during deposit (the "same deposit and withdrawal" policy).
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 minutes after the request is approved. In certain cases requiring further review, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC Verification: Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC review is finalised.
• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been fully met. Only cash (real money) that has satisfied the wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

CasinoMCW reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or if the account is under a security review.

6Bonuses and Promotions

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Systematic bonus or promotion abuse

9Account Suspension and Termination

CasinoMCW reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies

If your account is terminated for reasons unrelated to fraud, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) in your account will be returned to you after the appropriate review is completed.

10Privacy and Data Protection
